Can't say, maybe he thought their filings were a joke, Personally I don't understand legalese well and went in thinking the odds were long, but liked what I read here. Do you really think the response was way off base? Why did they request more time, to come up with better reply or jokes? The truth will come out in the trial, and the def filings didn't seem strong to me, anyway, more posturing will be going on.
