My apologies for the oversight. COHR should have been mentioned as you suggest. Sometimes I forget to look up the family tree and just look at the branch. Either way, COHR has an uphill battle to displace CYMI in the DUV stepper arena. I think the business is CYMI's to lose by any poor performance on their part rather than it is their competitors' attempts or programs to take marketshare from CYMI.
