we have easy access just go to counter and ask for it. then they will check use and have you sign for it. no problem

Somehow I doubt it will be easy. I rarely get colds so perhaps I won't have to test it.

I can imagine it, though. First I have to identify the correct counter. Then I have to ask the person hopefully tending it to show me his wares. Again, hopefully, there will be space on the counter for twenty or thirty or more boxes and bottles and no one standing behind me waiting for service while I read them and decide on one or more products. I suppose the clerk will have to watch me the whole time. Hopefully he has a magazine under the counter to read or some other work he can be doing while he stands there supervising me. I hope he will be wearing a mask so he won't catch my cold while in proximity to me all this time. LOL. Yeah, no problem.
