Well here is proof of whats wrong with options to the execs. Ahmenson files to sell 270,000 shares between now and early next year. So sell er down boys "I need my XMAS money". As long as Execs get this candy for free - they'll never treat selling a stock like it was their real money that bought the stock. If it costs you nothing - you just ring the bell and have that nioce lifestyle. Next time you get a proxy wanting an employee ESOP program remember this result. Just tell the execs to get paid vs benchmark and don't dilute my investment - Thank You. The hide under the guise of registering under some law that discloses they'll be selling. Well if the broker gest told to make a commission - he will. The exec walks away with a huge perk and the stockholders get see their stock get crunched with new supply. IT IS BULLSHIT !! Want proof - Intel just announced no more exec options and it up up and away. The writing is on the wall - the execs are just addicted to dilluting stock holders ownership at their advantage and we don't collectively say NO MAS !!!!! Bob
