Two other things to possibly look for, (1) possibility of someone coming out with a strong buy based on valuation (i.e if they consider it excessively oversold) and (2) a decent bounce once volume tapers off (look at TLAB last week, 65 to 52 in 2 days, on day 3 it bottomed at 50 1/2 and moved up to 54 1/2 that day, has since retreated some). But either of these might present very short term opportunity for profits or offset losses.
