This is a WAR situation. "Legal" and illegal" does not apply. The President used his war powers. If they are legitimately part of his war powers than legal and illegal does apply, and it was legal. Are you trying to assert not that claim but rather that during war the presidents powers in the national security area are without limit? If not legal and illegal definitely apply, the only question is where these acts actually legal. Tim
