Real people are dying - a million a year says the UN - while something that could stop it is largely neglected because of hypothetical charges that it will cause various problems involving bats or alligators or what-not. Well, not using it is REALLY causing a million people, mostly children, to die each year. We don't have to do any studies in Lake Apopka to figure that out.
