Hey Bob, would mind if I cut and paste your post and use it as my own? I agree 10000%. I have been voting NOOOOOO on every employee stock option proposal on EVERY stock I own for a couple of years now. Glad to see you have come over to the darkside on this issue! See, it can be fun posting negative stuff! Makes me feel good! Did you see the recent filing for InTest. They are playing another version of the "Options Game". Move the vesting period forward, lower the option price if they are out of the money, the games just continue! IT IS BULLSHIT! Chris
