The president's powers are, indeed, restricted (or, more accurately, checked and balanced**), but NOT in the way that you and your Leninist pals are trying to SELL today.

And since you are TRANSPARENT, you are making NO progress in this latest attack on the American people in wartime...

** Clinton and his bond-whore Rubin, for instance, needed Congressional approval before robbing everybody and creating their recession. It is the fault of the people that they had in place a Congress that stupid.
