I think this whole FISA dustup is going to blow over. The Dems are making too many assumptions about illegality. Even if there were abuses, W will be given a pass because of national security. Only the chattering classes will care. The rest of the country will be wondering why tapping into OBL's phone calls is somehow prevented by law and why such an obviously good thing is controversial in the first place.
