And since we're not likely to "win" any of those endless "wars", do we want to just shitcan our Constitutional protections until people forget we ever had them in the first place? Our little chimp Caesar seems to love his "war powers"! Will he EVER feel like giving them up? Why don't we say that no President has "war powers" unless Congress declares war? That's how it's SUPPOSED to work, according to the constitution we honor so. Congress hasn't declared war since WW II!
