Mason, about Management, There was some bad press in Barron's awhile back about the CFO lying about his degrees, etc. It came the day after Business Week rated VTCH as the 2nd fastest growing company in the US. Barron's also raised questions about the debt ratio.

I was sitting at about a 40% gain and ended up with a 10% net loss. The stock has since recovered up to the current level and seems to be making a base. Good luck with whatever you decide
