Here's a guy who made a very bad choice.

He didn't intend to kill him? Why'd he plug 3 bullets into the dude's head then?

Lawyer Convicted Of Attempted Murder

December 20, 2005

By KOMO Staff & News Services

SEATTLE - A lawyer who shot another attorney has been convicted in Seattle of attempted murder.

Former Snohomish County deputy prosecutor William Joice had argued that he didn't intend to kill Kevin Jung when he fired three shots into his head in November of last year as he sat in his car outside his Bellevue office.

Joice and Jung had clashed in court in a dispute over the sale of a Lynnwood market.

Jung suffered a serious head wound and is now in a nursing home, unable to speak.

The 51-year-old Joice faces more than 20 years in prison.
