"He said it. It's not true"

From your stand point it would be illegal (or wrong at least) for the President to know ANY secrets. Because if somebody asked about the secret program, the President would have to admit it, and to you that would be a lie.

This was a SECRET program. So to make the statement the President did without "lying", you are suggesting (stating, really) that he would need to volunteer information on a SECRET PROGRAM to speak of matters relating to wiretapping in general (in this case probably related to the Patriot Act).

This again was a SECRET program that allowed LIMITED NUMBERS of INTERANTIONAL communications to or from the U.S. when there is a KNOWN TERRORIST we are at WAR with making or recieving a call or e-mail to or from someone in the U.S.

So to a petty hater this would constitute a lie. Not sure at this point if you are a hater, but certainly you are petty against political enemies. Wonder if you would have the same opinion against someone you supported.

Also wonder if you will demand an inquiry into the leaker if my view of the President's constitutional powers are correct. Will you?
