I'm not really replying to your main point, but rather to a phrase that you used. The threat is real for me and cannot be overstated. I never really understood the use of "cannot be overstated" in most contexts including this one. An argument can be made that the threat is very severe. But I can think of any number of ways to overstate it. Maybe I'm just to literal minded about some things. Tim
