Spying on US citizens without warrants is very impeachable.
It is one of the most important laws there is. Without that law we might as well be a dictatorship. This was fully debated and resolved during the Nixon era. It's why Nixon resigned before being impeached. He was guilty. Bush looks like he's 100 times as guilty. Cheney is too. And he even admits it and seems proud of it. This is the end for Bush-Cheney. Just a matter of time.

The rightwing will try pushing back, but it won't work. They don't have any evidence on their side. and public opinion is squarely against them. An insta poll on MSNBC showed 80% of Americans are against domestic spying by the fed without a warrant. The other 20% must be nuts.

Remember, a far left president may get into power someday. How'd you like it is your extremist rightwing group were being spied on, then arrested without legal rights, tortured, imprisoned at Gitmo, put before a military tribunal and executed? All those things Bushies support. They say it's for Al Qaida, but it could be used for ANYONE at their discretion, or future presidents' discretion. See why this is so un-American, illegal and evil?

Also, we learned today Bush's spying program includes all kinds of liberal groups including environmentalists and vegetarians. Just plain 100% wrong.
