All kidding aside, I think this is a very serious matter, and that we need to know what the rules are, and that the President whoever he/she is, has a clear guide. The times we are living in demand it. Cell phones change instantly, internet makes it possible to change direction for terrorists instantly, and so does other tech vehicles that weren't even thought of 20 years ago....or even 2 years ago in some cases.
