the weakness in the whole program is there is NO GUESTWORKER PROGRAM to go along with the wall. We had such a program here in Fla. for the sugar cane crop and it worked well. Dont know why this hasnt been addressed, its no big deal and provides the needed labor for our produce industry. jdn
