So what? If you're so convinced that Bush is pulling another Watergate, go find the proof. Innuendo doesn't count. It's not what he has done but what he has given himself the power to do. Why do you dismiss the ever so important notion that he has provided the opportunity for abuse. At the end of the day, he has given the NSA the right to wiretap anyone without oversight, when the ability to do that legally already existed. These checks and balances are there for crucial reasons. He has not provided a suitable answer as to the WHY he felt the need to circumvent the law. This morning we learn that one of the federal judges on that FISA secret court has resigned, apparently in protest for this discovery. Something tells me that this is a brewing mess.
