All product lines grew in Q1. Handheld business had a record qtr. Digital TV business delivered record revenues. During Q1, desktop channel was a growth driver. I.G.P. momentum noted to be phenonomenal. Consumer business noted to be revenue and growth driver for the co. Co notes they did pick up gross margin percentages during the qtr, but there is alot more work to do. Total royalties were $10 mln during the qtr from Nintendo and Microsoft. Co saw gross margin improvement in desktop discrete, but some hangover from previous qtr and some older products. Looking forward, co is very optimistic about continued rev growth. Co sees continued momentum in X1000 family. Notebook GPU product line noted to be extremely strong. Co noted it has top to bottom leadership in digital TV. Co expects to continue to improve their cost structures. During Q&A, co noted what they saw in Q1 was sustained momentum on AMD platform and ramping on the Intel platform. Co thinks there is a significant gap between supply and demand, noting it should level out in Q2. Co notes there is very strong demand at the OEM level, noting they don't expect an overbuild.
