I'm more struck by the number who are buying this commander-in-chief plenary powers thing hook line and sinker.

I'm not surprised by that given that the Bush folk have successfully redefined political rhetoric in terms of us against them.

I had in mind, in particular, the Bruce Fein piece which was widely distributed online yesterday and, evidently appeared in The Washington Time.
