The constitution gives power to the President to listen to our International enemies during a war even when they call to or from the U.S.

Congress cannot pass a law that supersedes this. So the crux of it is, can the U.S. monitor our INTERNATIONAL enemies communications during a war when they call to or from the U.S. Orcy says no, give that edge to the terrorists. George Bush, the Attorney General, Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter and the VAST MAJORITY OF AMERICANS say yes. But orcy, kenny, boxer, feinstien, feingold and other hard core lefties say no. We will see.
