I think it's a promising program. We're not talking blockbuster but 200-300M/year in sales would be a very good thing for mogn. I think they're hoping for a potentially safer propofol and broaden the use. I don't think their intent right now will be to compete on price alone. mogn didn't pay much for glfd, so it won't take much to have made that deal a good one.
