Hello Cheryl: NAMX is a flea on a very big dog called UPR. I don't see any connection between NAMX and the UPR/ Pennzoil war of words. If as stated, UPR has to come up with tons of new reserves to make the deal work, then this is good news for NAMX and all the other exploration/drilling companies in the US. More than likely it is just legal BS.

Hunter was not completely forthcoming in his explanation of his cease and desist orders. There are two sides to every story.

This is a mineral exploration company and so by definition, it is a high risk investment. They are actively drilling in an area that is supposedly very rich in helium saturated liquid natural gas. UPR is building a new helium processing plant in the area that NAMX has remotely sensed using its EMSounder technology. To date, NAMX has announced that it has drilled two wells. The results of both wells are now being analyzed by an independent lab. The Carroll 1 well has hit an LNG/HE pocket. The Rother 1 well hit a non-productive oil show.

NAMX is drilling a third well as soon as its drilling permits are issued. The site is on UPR property. Patroclos is in discussions on a 50-well program with UPR and is pursuing similar programs with other large landowners. Patroclos will use NAMX as the exploration arm. I have been investing in this company since February and continue to hold patiently. It is my opinion that they are in the right place at the right time and, with a little luck, may find a paying mineral resource to lubricate their future explorations.

The drawbacks with this company are that it is a non-reporting company that is very reticent about releasing information about shares outstanding and the specifics of their agreements with various key partners. It has no earnings. The technology is in the experimental phase.

Despite Hunter's dire warnings, so far, Paul Ebeling has run a pretty conservative ship.

The price ran up to $0.40 a share based on PR that gave the impression that NAMX and UPR were working closely together on future exploration. As it turns out, Patroclos is in discussions with UPR. Patroclos and NAMX are pursuing explorations using the EMSounder on their own and with other potential partners.

This stock is very volatile and news driven. It is not for the weak of heart.
