now I know at least Your vision of this industry dynamic which appears to me a very profound asessment of the trends now in place. Thanx alot for this piece of news and again for Your thread here. Just by browsing thru it I learnt more on the subject of semiconductor lithography than what I could get my hands on during the last 5 years..
