Hi TL! I checked my warrants today, and they are priced at 36 and a half cents, and dont expire until 2007. Now I have a modest position, so I am not in a hurry to sell, and certainly not for a couple pennies of profit, but I know some people bought in for a million shares or more, and for them it might be appealling to dump a few warrants anytime ECU makes a move closer to 40 cents. That may be why the stock is having trouble breaking out. I have heard that the PP is fully subscribed, so I doubt we are seeing people flip market shares to buy the PP, but I would not be surprised at all if the warrants are getting exercised and dumped from the last placement. When I spoke with Michel a few weeks ago he told me that there had already been a few warrants exercised. cheers! COACH247
