Bush is the only lawbreaker since Nixon when it comes to illegal surveillance and wiretapping against opponents. Now we need to know how many of those "opponents" were innocent Americans or political rivals. If any of them are, then Bush should be impeached. If all he did was spy on Al Qaida types, then he gets a pass, but a slap on the hand.
