Stephens comments why they downgraded ASND: "Although Ascend's management remains confident that the order outlook remains robust enough to meet plan for the quarter, with shipments once-again skewed to the end of the quarter." Sounds like ASND really believes they can make this quarter. Therefore, they are not going to issue any warnings. However, all those analyst just don't believe ASND can make it. Who is right? ASND or those analysts. If ASND really can make this quarter, how is the street going to react? If ASND makes this quarter, I believe those analysts still will bad mouth ASND in order to save their faces.
