While he may have merger plans for Nevada props, todays MAI
buy is completely different. Different metal (though good gold
credits), different country, and no hope for control as the
private Peruvian co owns 51%. Also a mine being built with
primary value as producer early 07, not an explorer like the others.

So I see it as a jr bargain basement price buy of a silver
producer with big exp potential. A co that needed cash badly
to keep its 49% and was glad to deal. Great all around IMO

I have been in Minera for 6 yrs starting .05, added from time
to time inc last wk. PO'd at them couple times for the stupid
La Mancha merger idea, and the later 12M wts for some financing,
both shot down fortunately. But I thought they were always
afraid they could not pay their half of the mine, and
entertained those ideas in fear. Just my personal opinion.

Anyway all seems well now, no fraid for the cash.

So perhaps need to consider other cash hungry value play
jrs as possible targets, not just Nevada gold ??

I can think of plenty that could benefit.
