etch, re backlog: you're close. Backlog for AMAT alone - "at the end of the fourth fiscal quarter of 2005 was $2.57 billion, compared to $2.61 billion at the end of the third fiscal quarter of 2005."

it also shows backlog change for SEMI and for AMAT
