September will be a pivotal month for AIPN with a huge number of announcements expected. By the end of the month we should have news on the following: ---Announcement of major financing in the neighborhood of $15+ million. ---Two million dollar lien on refinery paid off X--Refinery re-tooling and upgrade completed X--Deal with Venezuela for the supply of crude to asphalt refinery: biz.yahoo.com ---Board of Directors shake-up with the resignation of a number of current members and the addition of others including two prominent Kazaks. X--The hiring of one or two former oil company execs to key positions. Hired Dale Wooddy--was GM at Chevron's Tenzig. biz.yahoo.com ---The release of additional data concerning some of the as yet unevaluated structures in the concession. ---Redemption of those debentures that have a conversion date of October 6...unless stock is so high that conversion becomes the more desireable option. ---Some news re: partnership talks which may or may not have something to do with rumored Abu Dhabi interest in AIPN.
