I made a mistake on last post as to bdw holding being in florida it was magellen that i was thinking. i have tried to contact them but with no luck. bdw holding states.ORLANDO, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 14, 2005 -- BDW Holdings, Ltd. (Other OTC:BDWH.PK - News) announced today that it has reached an agreement with Magellan Energy, a company headed by Mr. Michael Shtaif, to be a partner in projects that Shtaif has identified for purchase. These projects, located primarily in Russia, are producing oil at present and production can be readily increased.

Mr. Shtaif was formerly Vice President of Operations for TNK-BP, which is the BP operation in Russia. Mr. Shtaif is intimately familiar with oil production in Russia and BDWH is very pleased to be a partner in this operation. Other partners that Shtaif is bringing into the group include major international oil companies and European investment banks.

BDWH plans to change its name to International Energy, Ltd and consolidate shares on a one for one hundred basis as part of this new corporate focus.
