I don't understand what "named" users in Great Britain means? Could you elaborate? I didn't listen to the conference call, but it sounds like Vivus may be headed for trouble if they did ship product prematurely. I liken the scenario to when Vivus received preliminary approval in the U.S., but had to wait for final approval to start shipping and marketing the drug. At least that was my recollection of the timeline. Any further input would be appreciated by all.
