I don't think that one is necessarily the best question. There are some legit reasons for being on the pinkies. Audited statements needed for OTC BB and filings can cost a significant chunk and eat into a developing business' revenue and profit potential.

I think we'd be better off asking why they don't provide info on the capital structure and realistic projections of revenues and cash flow break even.
