Maybe not because it is subsidized. If it where a normal insurance product I'm sure the insurance companies would be happy to sell it to me. They probably would never have to pay. The only reason flood insurance was relevant was because I started by saying "If something like what happened in New Orleans hit Fairfax County". But the odds of that are slim to none, verging on none. Tim
