To be honest, that's the exact same thing he did to me when I called. He said the "issued" was 2,904,540,078....he stressed this to me...I didn't think much of it at the time, but that's what he said. So, if the O/S was 2,964,540,078. Then what would of had to occur to get the new number?

Would it be accurate for me to say that either the website is wrong, or VWKM has bought-back and retired 60 million shares, and thus reduced the "issued" from 2,964,540,078 to 2,904,540,078? TIA
