Address is fictional, a common pattern in stock scams: a fictional address that can be claimed to be a typo makes the stock untraceable.

The address is given as
1051 University Ave.
Orlando, Fl.

and 212-561-0762 is the telephone number.

This telephone number has also been used for Grand Lux, Inc.
Trading under GRDX. A valid (?) address associated with this number is:

10151 University Blvd. Suite 120
Orlando, Fl

Remember M. Mancini, listed on all the TWOG-AKOL press releases, is also the contact for Grand Lux in its various permutations. Mancini used a local Orlando area phone number in 2004. Broker for stock is Toronto-based.

Use google maps to show that address belongs to a strip mall, perhaps with a Mail Boxes drop.
