I wonder why Bush in 2004 campaign went around telling the American people that a court order is required for wire tap while at the same time he had ordered a wire tap without a court order. We need to keep those crap about Clinton and Carter aside. They are past Presidents. Bush during his campaign did not tell the people about Clinton and Carter. Instead he told us that he would order wiretap only after seeking a court's approval. And at the time he was uttering those words, he knew that he did exactly the opposite
