In my opinion, the politics of the situation will be influenced by the WH. As the heat on domestic spying builds up and we start to hear echoes of impeachment, the WH will attempt to keep a different story out there instead. And most probably it is going to be troop withdrawl from Iraq. But then in the meantime, if Rove gets indicted in Jan or Feb then the focus shifts to WH roguery. At that time, it is also likely that civil war starts to break out in Iraq. The next 3 months would be very interesting. All from the porch
