Was it imposed by a foreign power or was the democracy fought by the people of this country? Every democracy was hard fought by the people of the respective countries. That is why Bush is a laughing stock when he tells the world that he is instrumental for Iraqi democracy. If people do not have to fight for their freedom they will not fight to keep it. Isn't that what Murtha is saying. Call the troops home and tell the Iraqis to get off their ass and defend their own country.
