EBRD grants $250-mln loan to Moscow power utility 20:58 \| 23/ 12/ 2005 MOSCOW, December 23 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow power utility Mosenergo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed a $250-million loan agreement Friday, the company's press service said. The loan will consist of two tranches worth $100 million (12 years) and $150 million (seven years). The second tranche will be syndicated. Mosenergo said the loan would be used to finance the development and technical modernization of the power utility.
