I don't have a problem with it. I get searched all the time without a warrant when I go thru the metal detectors at the airport and so does my luggage. Being the story is from the AP and repeated by pMSNbc, they are trying to make a controversy out of it... Next thing you know, the ACLU will be suing Walmart for all of those security cameras in their stores....
