Do you not think that at some level of taxation productivity will be lessened as the productive see less return for their efforts?

I doubt it.

At a certain level, you are not doing things to acquire more wealth. There is just so much material wealth a person needs.

There will be other reasons for those that do productive work.

Enlightened public policy will recognise those realities.
