CNBC doing a story on governmental agencies dealing poorly with the Y2K problem. All are saying Feds are way behind. Congressman Steven Horn says no magic bullet, nobody believed it was a real problem. Lot's of phony claims to solving problem. Data Dimensions CEO is on--mentioning not only changing code, but embedded systems, etc. Says no project of this size has ever been undertaken. Warns of domino effect.
