There really isn't a gap where you say there is. Even if there was, a few cents would be technically meaningless after 3-4 weeks considering how solid the chart is filled in in the lower 8s. It may test the high 8s low 9s again but if it goes to 10 before that happens you won't see those prices any time soon. Not at all if interest rates stay steady until earnings and earnings come in on target.

The pattern that's forming now is the type that precedes a breakout. The trend lines are up so I believe it will breakout in that direction. If volume picks up at current levels it should start to break out in a few days. If not it will probably retest low 9s again.

All IMO based on a somewhat limited ability to read charts.
