it's hard to answer a laundry list of questions in that format.

It wasn't a laundry list. It was an effort to get you to identify the essential elements of your proposal.

All I know about your proposal so far is that you would take from property owners some progressive portion of their estates averaging about twenty percent in order to achieve a "slightly negative feedback cycle" in order to avert a return of the "dark ages." Surely you can see that some filling-out is called for.

Which estates, what portion, and which feedback cycle cannot be dismissed as a laundry list. They comprise a request for an explanation of what it is you would propose doing. Since you apparently feel strongly about this, you must be able to explain in a few sentences its parameters.

I'm inferring from what you've said that you think that multigenerational wealth somehow will bring on the dark ages. Perhaps once I've seen your proposal I'll be able to infer why you expect that outcome and how your proposal will cure the problem. If not, then I'll ask you to explain that, too.

It would be a whole lot easier if you'd just lay out an argument rather than making me pry it out of you question by question. <g>
