The individual is just corn meal to some nutbar. The sooner you liberals get around to facing facts, the sooner we start getting some place, OK? Right now the nutbars are concentrated in the ME. Over time, the distribution will be more even. The ONLY hope you have of your solution working is a REAL world gov't. Not the UN or League of Nations or bunch of independent states with treaty agreements. A real world gov't. If you have even two gov'ts on the face of the planet, give enough time they will find something to fight about. Trust me on this. World history indicates your species is not happy go lucky. Or it is happier fighting its own than not. And if you get world gov't, you're STILL not safe. Rebellions are to be expected. It wouldn't be at all surprising if in some cases the rebels managed to get their hands on nuclear or biological materials before launching their attempt at a coup. Frankly, I regard your happy-go-lucky attitude as unrealistic. You had best prepare for worse. You and your gov't should think and prepare with that in mind.
