This guy's qualification in education is 100 times better than our outspoken Jay (besides claimed a big picture watcher knows.....) here. This Chinese college chancellor (who is also a member of China National Academy of Science) basically said China's college education system can produce college grads in quantity but not quality.

That is the basis of Arun's points in his post which Jay did not understand or intentionally ignore to prove his own "points".

"""""I agree that total numbers are not the thing. The US lead in the world depends a lot on the contribution of 1-2 million smart individuals. Due to the creativity and hardwork of these few, certain US teams/companies/militaries/agencies are world beaters. """""""""""

Let us get some facts here. Sorry Jay. You are a general not an educator (Dr. Young was the college chancellor of Fu-Dan University Shanghai then and is the chancellor of University of Nottingham United Kingdom now).

As for Jay's stock picks, he still has no clue technolgy is changing his oil and gas stuffs while wolf calling on gold stuffs. That is why he and those China CCP controlled college grads can only follow and not lead. :-(
