My guess is that the guy behind the spam is John Pentony. Pentony is the publisher of talkingstocks.com (phone# 469-252-3031 and 3037), stockguru.com (phone# 469-252-3034), otcresearch.com (phone# 469-252-3034), and beaconequityresearch.com aka Beacon Research Partners (phone# 469-252-3035). As explained earlier, "Pasadena Capital Partners is affiliated with StockGuru.com". Pasadena Capital Partners has been contracted for "ten million restricted and four million free trading shares" for SRSM, "$72,000 and 1.5 million shares of restricted 144 stock" for QTEK, and "$48,000 and 125,000 restricted 144 shares" for BTYH. - Jeff
