Palestinians threaten to cancel poll if Israel bars vote in East Jerusalem

Oh, this is all a Kabuki dance. Privately, Abu Mazen is begging the Israelis to give him the excuse to cancel the elections in which Hamas may get a plurality, since Fatah is now split. It's such an absurd question. The residents of East Jerusalem want nothing to do with the PA (would you, in their shoes?) - last vote, the PA had to rig it to get turnout up to something over 10%.
